At last, a dream came true. Been waiting to travel to Japan for almost 25 years and finally i made it. I will share a short travelogue with you and some pictures. My journey start in Tokyo, arriving there after 13 hours in the air. A good friend of my lives and studies in Nakano, a section west of central Tokyo. The first day was a small sightseeing in central Tokyo, we visited a park and watched the Cherry blossoms, Katsura.



The weather was fantastic and the katsura was really beautiful. People were happy and everyone took pictures of the blossoms.

The next day we got company by my friends brother and his travelling companion. We went to a yakiniku restaurant in picturesque street.

We got additional company by a japanese friend who helped us select what to eat and order.

We ended up doing karaoke in downtown Tokyo, but that´s too embarrasing to show here. I got to bed at my friends apartment around 06:30 in the morning, and set the alarm to 11:00 to head for Kyoto.
